Client Experience Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Experience Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients—providing exceptional service, building strong relationships, and helping customers secure the best ticketing experiences possible. We offer tickets to concerts, shows, sporting events, headliners, MMA, boxing, rodeo, and theater performances—both in Las Vegas and worldwide. As an e-commerce company, our mission is to be our clients’ one-stop source for everything Vegas, from unforgettable show tickets to VIP nightlife experiences.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Build personalized client experiences based on individual preferences and needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new clients
  • Actively prospect, research, and qualify new sales leads.
  • Update and maintain accurate client data in our system
  • Collaborate with management to set, execute, and exceed quarterly sales goals.
  • Respond to client calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Work within the Ticketing Point of Sale system to search, purchase, or sell tickets.
  • Partner with the marketing team to support email campaigns and client outreach.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following education and/or equivalent experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2–3 years in box office, venue, concierge, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and respond professionally to clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and system updates.
  • Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Problem Solving and multi-tasking abilities
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative without constant supervision.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, sit, walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Must be able to perform repetitive motions 75% of the time. Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
