Leisure Group and Destination Sales Manager
VegasTickets.com, a premier ticket brokerage connecting global clients to the best of Las Vegas entertainment, is hiring a Leisure Group & Destination Sales Manager to drive business growth through strategic B2B sales and destination partnerships. This is a high-impact, relationship-first role — ideal for a seasoned sales professional with strong ties in the leisure travel and destination marketing space.
What we are looking for:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with travel planners, group leaders, and tour operators.
- Cultivate relationships with key players in the Las Vegas tourism market, including CVB, the LVCVA, hotels, and travel affiliates.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics, including outreach volume, conversion rate, and revenue goals.
- Proactively cold call and email prospects, generating leads to build business.
- Deliver compelling group sales presentations and tailored product demonstrations that align with client needs.
- Manage client accounts from initial contact through post-sale engagement to ensure long-term success and repeat business.
- Develop and negotiate group and leisure travel contracts that support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with executives on strategic sales initiatives, cross-departmental campaigns, and product development.
- Represent VegasTickets.com at tradeshows, networking events, and client meetings.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following education and/or equivalent experience:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on group travel, hospitality, or entertainment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs (e.g. call volume, close rate, revenue targets).
- Comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation in a high-volume, high-energy environment.
- Established working relationships with CVBs, the LVCVA, and other local/regional travel partners is highly preferred.
- Experience selling premium or luxury experiences in a destination marketing or tourism environment.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Monday.com, Constant Contact, Hubstaff and more.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills — confident in front of clients, groups, and executives alike.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional certifications in tourism, event management, or hospitality are a plus.
- Multilingual fluency (especially Filipino, Spanish or other international languages) is a bonus.
